呢 (ne): "and you?" and ongoing actions
呢 after a noun asks "what about ...?": 我很好，你呢？ It also softens questions.
Noun + 呢 bounces the last question to someone or something else.
At the end of a question with a question word, 呢 makes it softer: 你在做什么呢？
呢 can also mark an ongoing action: 他在睡觉呢 "he is sleeping".
